We do a lot of business with Travel Agents and Golf Holiday Specialists. Will the system affect how we do business with them?

Actually, we think Manage Golf makes it much easier. In this case you can set up each company with a Credit Account and a Login and Password, and a Discount % if that is appropriate.

Every time they make a booking, the Credit Account is Debited with the correct amount and an Invoice is created automatically.

When you are sent a payment you can allocate it to the Credit Account. If insufficient money were in a Credit Account for a particular booking, the system will automatically offer a different payment solution.

From the Travel Agents point of view, the whole booking process is much simpler as well. They can see availability at a glance and are in complete control of their booking process. They don't need to wait until you can answer the phone and spare them some time, they can even look at the system, at the same time as their clients.
