How do E-Commerce and Golf work together?
There is nothing magical of difficult about E-Commerce. It is simple and the most efficient way to do business these days and Manage Golf makes full use of it to get your payments to you quicker and with much less administrative work.
The system allows you to operate different E-Commerce Options, from, "everyone pays up front", to, "everyone pays the Starter before the round".
There are a number of payment options available, from "On Line Credit Card Transactions", "PayPal", to the traditional "Cheque by Post" method.
An Invoice is produced automatically by the system and sent to every user, (with copies to the Administrator). If payment is by cheque, the system will automatically decline the booking if payment is not received within a pre-specified number of days. When a cheque arrives, you advise the system, and the booking is automatically confirmed.
If the payment method chosen is by Credit card, the whole transaction takes place in a matter of minutes, and the money is in your bank.
