Our biggest problem is tracking all the equipment we hire out. How does Manage Golf deal with equipment hire?
The system allows you to create lists of Equipment, with prices for hire, for Rounds and Day Tickets.
These are then offered for Hire to your Members and Visitors. The cost of the hire is added to the golf invoice automatically and the can be paid using any of the many payment methods available in manage golf.
The system tracks how long an item will be used for, and also when it will be required for the next hire, so there are no dissapointments.
Often, equipment is owned by the Professional rather than the Golf Club. If this is the case, the system keeps records of all hires, and creates an Invoice once a month to the Golf Club, on behalf of the Professional, for all hires for which the Golf Club has received the money. |
