There are other things we need to think about. What about Handicap Certificates from Visitors, or Day Tickets, or do we allow people using the system to see the names of our Members on the booking sheet?

Yes, we couldn't agree more. We have a special "Preferences" section which deals with all of these things and more. One of the many things that makes Manage Golf lead the field is the way our system is so flexible and lets you change the preferences in the system to suit your needs.

For Example,

Do you require Visitors to supply Handicap Certificates? You can say yes or no.

Do we offer Day Tickets? If yes, the system will ask you how much more it costs for a day ticket, and automatically offer Day Tickets and change the cost of Hire Equipment to suit.

You can set the system to show names on the Booking Sheet. or not. You can set it to show names to other Members, but not to Visitors.

There are lots of other preferences you might need, which are already built in to the system.
